1. Purpose of the Site

The content provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is designed to showcase our custom home building, design-build services, and past projects. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services or construct a home. All construction and design services are subject to a separate, formal written agreement between you and Axiom.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to photographs, architectural designs, floor plans, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Axiom or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials or designs without our prior written consent.

3. User Conduct

When using our Site, including filling out the Contact Us form, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Submit any false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing information.
  • Transmit any spam, promotional materials, or malicious software (viruses, trojans, etc.).

The photographs and 3D renderings of homes in our featured projects are for illustrative purposes only. Actual builds, materials, colors, and dimensions may vary.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
