The story

A Perfect Location. A Plan Worth Fixing.

Built in the 1950s and reshaped in the '70s and '90s, this home had lost its architectural clarity — a floor plan modified haphazardly over the decades into cramped, awkward spaces with dated finishes.

Working with Riesberg Group and Elizabeth Erin Designs, we undertook a full-scale renovation: a thoroughly reworked layout, restored original hardwood floors, extensive exterior restoration, and timeless finishes that belong in a neighborhood rich in history and tradition.
